Yes, finally! We can't prosecute the interrogators who actually were administering torture, because they were doing so within the bounds of authorization. We can't prosecute the executives who gave the authorization, because they sought legal counsel, which told them that yes they could do that under the law. Not to mention that they weren't actually torturing, were they? We can't prosecute the lawyers, cause they were just doing their job finding loopholes in the law to the best of their ability.

But we want to prosecute someone. So why not the representative who was told that the CIA was told that they may be within legal bounds in using all kinds of euphemisms for nasty stuff?
