Стив Уиткофф и Кирилл Дмитриев уже месяц ведут переговоры в Майами о перемирии (или даже мире) между Украиной и Россией. Ни украинцам, ни европейцам об этих переговорах не сообщалось и они никак не освещались в прессе. Но всё-таки о них стало известно, ибо люди любят делиться секретами.

The White House has been bullish about the burgeoning plan, with one senior White House official saying a framework for ending the conflict could be agreed to by all parties by the end of this month, and even “as soon as this week.”
