read my comment below. in theory, anypne with a license can vote. in theory. in reality, to organize 2 million illegals to vote - is unlikely.

One certainly can get DL without being a citizen, but to get registered for voting, you need to say that you are actually a citizen and sign this.

Evern if you can get away with this, long-term this is a huge risk which can complicate getting a Green Card and real citizenship.

i guess it is still possible to vote without being a citizen. in many if not all states.

what i do doubt seriously is - the potential volume of such "illegals' votes".
